Dear Mill Creek Members and Guests,
Effective Wednesday March 25th
With the latest news of the Covid-19 virus we will be implementing some new operating procedures to protect you and all staff members. Please understand that these are very unprecedented and unfortunate times and we must adapt for us to continue to operate and keep everyone safe! Below are some of the necessary changes in our day to day operations.   

Online booking Only. We will be limiting golf-shop traffic by booking tee times online for “Public” play. You can book your tee time and pay for your round on the Mill Creek website. Go to www.golfmillcreek.com and click on the “Book Tee Times” tab. In an effort to provide the ability to book online, we have temporarily dropped our rates during this unsettling time to $34.00 Monday through Friday and $54.00 on Saturday and Sunday. All members paying for cart fees, merchandise, and F&B items will be applied to their account thus limiting contact. For public ancillary purchases, we respectfully request that these transactions be conducted with a card instead of cash.  We are currently looking at purchasing mobile transaction devices to accommodate this situation, but in the meantime will practice extra caution when handling these transactions to limit any unnecessary or potential virus exposure.

Limited Clubhouse Access. The front door will remain open for members and guests to use the restroom. If you need an item from the golf shop, we will have a staff member located outside to assist you. We will have a beverage cart available or you can call ahead to place a to-go order for a menu item. We will gladly bring the order out to you. (919) 563-4653 ext. 2

Curtailed bag handling. We will have staff in the lot to assist and direct you as we implement our new protocol. Unfortunately, we will not be able to handle your bags. Carts have been regularly disinfected and keys, scorecards, and pencils will already be in place in the cart.

Practice range. Range tokens will be available for purchase outside the golf shop.

No sand bottles or coolers will be on carts.

Flagsticks in. Players are encouraged to leave the flag in and avoid contact with the flag. We have put in place a sleeve around the flagstick that will allow your ball to go in the hole near the top of the cup for easy removal.

No rakes. We have removed all rakes from the course. Our recommendation would to be take one club length and smooth the area once you are done.

No ball washers or water coolers. For everyone’s protection and safety we have removed all ball washing stations and water coolers from the golf course.

Please clean-Out Cart. We encourage you to remove all trash from your own cart as it could pose a potential danger to Mill Creek staff members at the turn and upon completion of the round.

With the early onset of Spring weather, our course is in excellent playing condition.  By following these pro-active safety guidelines, we hope to continue to remain open and offer our member and guest players an enjoyable and beneficial alternative to all of the “lockdown” routine that we have been dealing with.  As the situation evolves and in accordance with newly issued guidance, our club may implement additional preventative measures to ensure the well-being of our members, guests and staff members, including staffing or service modifications.
